Can you send me a catalog of your arrangements?

Certainly! We do not have a catalog, but we can create an endless number of unique surprises or gift arrangements. Our website only lists our most popular options. Please call our local shop for information.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order online any time, Instagram, Facebook, or by calling our store.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely all arrangements are customizable.

What about if I have food allergies?

Some of our gift arrangements may contain chocolates with nuts products. If the recipient has any food allergies, make sure to notate that in our special request box. If you do not know if the recipient has food allergies. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions to confirm this with the recipient before placing your order.

If I order a breakfast tray Surprise will the food arrive hot?

The food is transported in Cambro’s to keep the food warm. The food will be delivered warm. We recommend that you enjoy your Breakfast right away upon delivery. If you decide to pick up, it will be your responsibility to bring a container to keep the food warm during transport.

What are your delivery policies?

Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed. Please contact our store with any specific questions regarding your delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or if you provide the wrong address, we will try to reach you via phone one time if no answer we will try to reach the recipient. If no one answers the arrangement will be returned to our shop and no refunds will be made and you may pick it up that same day. We are not responsible for any gift damages once delivered. Please make sure to advise our store your delivery instructions at the time you place the order.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is delivered you will receive a text message and 24 hours later IF you choose the option at checkout a video of the recipient’s reaction and a photo if they permit us to record them and share. If not the video and photo will be deleted, and you will only receive a photo of the arrangement.

What kind of services do you provide with balloons?

We offer various levels of service from simply delivering a fabulous balloon bouquet to balloon arcs, balloon wall, and much more. It all depends upon the type, size and how involved you would like us to be with your balloon decoration.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Floral Arrangements, Gift Baskets, Breakfast Tray can be cancelled within 24 hours and a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. All other arrangements if you cancel your order two weeks prior to event or delivery date and have paid in full we will refund you 75%. The date was reserved exclusively for your event or arrangements, especially with balloons sometimes balloons have already been treated and inflated and the date and time for your delivery was denied to other potential clients.

What is your outdoor balloon décor weather policy?

No one can control the weather. Once the Balloon Decor has been completed or delivered, we are not responsible for inclement wind or weather causing damage to Decor, or cancellation of
an event. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by crowds or event staff moving or attempting to move or handle decor.
