• Specialty Colors (i.e. A custom balloon color means that your color is not available in the traditional balloon palette for purchase; therefore, this means we double stuff two balloons to make your color. We use double the amount of balloons and it takes twice the amount of time to prep and blow up) 
• Please note and keep in mind picture reflects more than 12 ft. worth of balloon garland; even though, the balloon garland doesn’t look that tall there is a lot of volume added to give it that more fuller look.
• Installation is 20% of total, additional fees may apply if any props or rental items are added to your order.
• Delivery is $2.50 per mile from 6756 Gordon Rd. Wilmington, NC
