BALLOON SALES ARE FINAL. Please note, we DO NOT provided refunds on balloons that have been improperly handled, burst, popped, punctured, over inflated, neglected or force of nature (extreme heat, cold, wind, etc). If you hire our delivery services and if any balloons pop during transportation those will be replaced, but once delivered to the customer or picked up by the customer the balloons become the customer’s responsibility. Standard size latex balloons stay afloat for approx. 6 hours when filled with helium and approximately 12 hours if Hi-float is added. Many factors affect the lifespan of a balloon, so we are not able to guarantee any balloon order.
